Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career so far and why?  My dad, he has always been my biggest supporter and has done everything to help me be as successful as I can be in this sport

What does rugby mean to you? It means everything. It is truly one thing that makes me feel so happy and keeps me motivated in life. It’s given me so much purpose and drive to be successful and strong that I know I wouldn’t be where I am without it

Do you have any pre-match superstitions and (if so) what are they? I always write the initials of my mum, dad and sister on one wrist before wrapping tape over it.  It just helps remind me who I’m doing this for and that I want to make my family proud
