Which rugby player do you first remember being inspired by? Emily Scarratt

Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career so far and why? My Dad, for getting me in to rugby in the first place, driving me to all the games and training, and always supporting me. As well as being dragged put in the pouring rain every Saturday to do some extra kicking!

What does rugby mean to you? Sense of community and belonging. Rugby has been a big part of my family, so there's a huge sense of pride in being able to play and compete at the highest level

What do you typically eat on a matchday? Usually a breakfast of overnight oats, or pancakes, and then a peanut butter and jam bagel for lunch
