RUGBY TRAINING CAMPS
We focus on player development on the rugby pitch and off, for children at all stages of their rugby development – with camps available for younger (6-14 years) and older (U14-U16) age groups.
Our training plans aim to help kids improve their critical skills, such as leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork on the rugby field and in their everyday lives.
RESIDENTIAL RUGBY CAMPS
Northampton Saints have been delivering residential rugby camps at Stowe School for more than a decade.
Our residential rugby camps provide:
- Accommodation for the camp’s duration
- Northampton Saints training kit bundle
- Training with Saints players
- Fun evening activities
- Strength & conditioning and nutrition workshops
GIRLS RUGBY CAMPS
Girls’ rugby has become one of the fastest growing sports in England, with over 26,000 women and girls now playing in over 300 rugby clubs.
Our rugby camps will cater to all girls regardless of their experience or abilities – whether they are picking up a rugby ball for the very first time or looking to take their game to the next level. Book a girls rugby camp spot today.
EASTER RUGBY CAMPS
At our Easter rugby camps, we offer high-level coaching over a few exciting and fun days.
Like our other camps, our coaches create incredible training plans so everyone attending takes home critical new rugby skills. As well as a plan to make the experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
SUMMER RUGBY CAMPS
Our summer rugby camps help children to develop a range of rugby skills, as well as skills they can adapt to their education and social lives.
We aim to help young people improve their problem solving and critical thinking skills on and off the rugby pitch. This includes leadership opportunities for children to allow them to come out of their shell.
SKILL-SPECIFIC MASTERCLASSES
Our one-day rugby skills masterclasses are designed to provide a short and sharp learning experience, providing an insight into the more extensive three-day development camps.
These specialised clinics will introduce children to a challenging but nurturing environment, where they will learn the same coaching principles that are adopted by the Saints Senior Squad and throughout the Saints Academy.
