Which rugby player do you first remember being inspired by? Rachael Burford

Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career so far and why? My Dad, he was the person who got me involved with rugby in the first place, always took me to training and games, even coached me when I was younger when my team didn’t have a coach. He would always drive me to make sure I wasn’t nervous and had support no matter how far it was and then go over my performance and help me to make me better

What does rugby mean to you? Rugby means having a way to show what I am a capable of from the hard work and effort that I put in

What do you typically eat on a matchday? For breakfast I would usually have a marmite bagel and frozen berries and yoghurt I with a tea. Lunch would be chicken and pasta. After this I would probably have a fruit smoothie then just before the game I would typically have a square bar and an energy drink.

Which songs appear on your matchday playlist? Baby by Me (50 cent), Maria (Justin Bieber) and Thrill is Gone (Raye)

Do you have any pre-match superstitions and (if so) what are they? I need to salute every magpie that I see on its own otherwise we will lose the game!
