Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career so far and why? Sandy Coldwell. He was my first rugby coach, taught me the basics and how fun it could be.

What has been your biggest rugby achievement to date? Qualifying and playing in Scotlands first World Cup in 12 years

What does rugby mean to you?  I love rugby as a sport and the joy I get from it, but more importantly it's about the people I've met along the way. It's a community and family like no other

What do you typically eat on a matchday? Porridge and fruit for breakfast. Scrambled eggs and avocado on a bagel with a coffee. Red bull and Tangfastics before kick off
