What does rugby mean to you? It's all I’ve ever known since I was five years old and was a huge part of my family growing up. It’s definitely shaped who I am today

What do you typically eat on a matchday? Protein porridge and smoothie in the morning, chicken wrap at lunch then Haribos before kick off!
