What does rugby mean to you? I love the physicality and the challenge. I want to inspire more girls to start playing so the game can keep growing

What do you typically eat on a matchday?  Porridge with yogurt and berries, chocolate chip belvita bar, chicken pesto pasta, Squares bar/ Tangfastics
