Rory Hutchinson has been named cinch Player of the Month for September, with the 28-year-old’s stellar performances through the month seeing him take home the first trophy of the season.
Hutchinson featured in both of Northampton’s outings – against Bath Rugby and Exeter Chiefs – in the Gallagher Premiership last month, scoring his first try of the season against Exeter Chiefs. The Scotland international impressed on both sides of the ball in Saints’ opening clashes, with the centre making 15 carries against Bath and Chiefs while also making four turnovers in defence, the most of any Saints player in those matches.
The centre took home his first cinch Player of the Month award after topping the supporter vote, coming away with 31% of the votes to finish ahead of fellow nominees Trevor Davison, Josh Kemeny and Fin Smith.
WHAT A FINISH 😍

Throughout the season, cinch will also be offering up a range of prizes for those who vote for the award, with one lucky supporter each month selected at random after voting closes.
This month, one lucky supporter was chosen from those who voted, with Trevor Beard selected at random out of over 600 supporters who voted to collect a Saints ball signed by all the members of the 2024/25 squad.
