Twenty years might have passed since one of Northampton Saints’ finest hours at Twickenham, but for many of the Club’s supporters, memories of the 2000 Heineken Cup final still burn brighter than ever.
Paul Grayson’s three penalties were enough for the men in Black, Green and Gold that day to see off Munster 9-8 and claim the most sought-after prize in European rugby – and this year Saints are getting that squad back together for a one-off, exclusive event at Franklin’s Gardens.

Around 40 members of the 1999-2000 Northampton Saints squad, including coaching and support staff from the era, will converge on the Rodber Suite on Thursday 19 March 2020 for the black-tie European Cup winners’ anniversary dinner from 6.30pm onwards.
Presented by event sponsor Michael Jones Jeweller, the Club looks back on a golden afternoon in the history of Northampton with a three-course meal, interviews with key players, and an auction for priceless rugby memorabilia all on the bill.
