Loughborough Lightning forward Becky Boyd makes her first Scotland start in their Guinness Women’s Six Nations match against Italy this weekend.
The 20-year-old made her debut from the bench a fortnight ago away in France and this time start in the second row for the Hive Stadium encounter on Sunday 13 April (kick-off: 3pm) – with live coverage on BBC iPlayer.
Her Lightning teammates Anne Young, Leia Brebner-Holden and Helen Nelson retain their starting roles at loosehead prop, scrum-half and fly-half respectively. Meanwhile hooker Elis Martin, a try scorer in Round 2, operates as a replacement once more.
