Which rugby player do you first remember being inspired by? Jonathan ‘Fox ’Davies and Liam Williams.

Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career so far and why? My dad, always supports me and tries to come and watch as many games as he can and hes always pushing me to be better.

What does rugby mean to you? Ive played rugby since i was about 7 so it’s been a pretty big part of my life for a long time, and I just love playing it! My friends always ask why do I do it and it’s just because I enjoy it so much!

Which songs appear on your matchday playlist? At the moment I’ve been listening to some Chase & Status and Fred Again to get me in the zone.

Do you have any pre-match superstitions and (if so) what are they?: I’ve always worn one of those tops with pads in them and now I can’t play without it, I’ve had the same one since I was about 10 and somehow its grown with me. I’ve even been bought a new one but I just can’t part with my old one.

What is your favourite cheat meal? Definitely pizza.

What is your favourite non-sporting pastime? Playing cards! I am an only child so now anytime I’m with my friends I always want to play card games.
