Which rugby player do you first remember being inspired by?  I remember watching Jen Kish play when I was younger and then I got to meet her and have a training session with her and was hooked.

Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career so far and why? My mum has been my biggest supporter over the years, from being a manager, driving long journeys, and being there for me when times were tough. I probably wouldn't still be playing if I didn't have her backing me

What has been your biggest rugby achievement to date? I earned my first cap for Canada in 2021 and it was an incredible honour and it's something I will keep chasing

What does rugby mean to you? Rugby means family and togetherness. I have met friends for life in this sport and I would put my body on the line for my team

What do you typically eat on a matchday? I usually eat pancakes for breakfast and have some sort of bagel sandwich with loads of sweets pregame. I'm not very superstitious so it will change lots.
