Northampton Saints have today confirmed the ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan which will affect all supporters who have purchased tickets for any of the Club’s remaining matches in the 2019/20 season.
Four options are now available to Season Ticket Holders, match ticket purchasers, and seasonal car parking members – DONATE, CREDIT, VOUCHER or REFUND.
Starting from today, supporters will be emailed online ticketing forms and have one month (from the date of the email) to indicate their preferences. For a full list of dates indicating when ‘We March Together’ ticketing forms will be distributed via email and deadlines for their return, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page HERE.
Mark Darbon, Northampton Saints Chief Executive, has also released a statement in relation to the ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan – to read this in full, please CLICK HERE.
Season Ticket Holders
Season Ticket Holders will be offered four options for the pro rata value of their ticket in relation to Saints’ home fixtures against Wasps, Bath Rugby, Exeter Chiefs and Sale Sharks:
- Donate to the Club
- Claim a Ticket Credit
- Claim a Saints Voucher
- Claim a Refund
The Club will email a form to all Season Ticket Holders today (Friday 19 June), to specify which option you would like to choose. This form is also available online HERE. Season Ticket Holders will then have until midnight on Sunday 19 July to specify your preferred option*.
If you choose to DONATE and leave the pro rata balance of your Season Ticket with the Club – THANK YOU. If you choose to accept a CREDIT, VOUCHER or REFUND, we completely understand your decision; everyone’s circumstances are different and we thank you all for your continued support.
Please note that if crowds are ultimately allowed back to Franklin’s Gardens before the end of the 2019/20 season, the Club will announce in due course an appropriate process to give Season Ticket Holders an opportunity to repurchase tickets. However, to allow the Club to begin processing donations, credits, vouchers and refunds from today, and given the likelihood that matches will not resume as normal with full stadia, all existing 2019/20 Season Tickets are no longer valid.
As we will be fulfilling a large volume of requests, we politely ask that supporters use the form only. If you are unsure about anything, please consult our FAQs page HERE. If you still need to speak to us, please be patient and email any questions to [email protected] – a member of our team will come back to you as soon as possible.
OPTION 1: DONATE TO CLUB
Donating the pro rata value of the remainder of your Season Ticket back to Northampton Saints would be a massive help in supporting the Club through this challenging time. As a ‘thank you’ for your generosity, the Club will etch your name** into the fabric of the Northampton Saints 2021/22 away jersey, and also send you an exclusive ‘We March Together’ scarf ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.
OPTION 2: TICKET CREDIT
You can elect to keep the pro rata value of the remainder of your Season Ticket as a credit on your account to be used against any future purchase from the Saints Ticket Office. This credit can be used online or in person at the Ticket Office when it reopens. Please note; this value cannot be applied retrospectively towards Season Tickets already purchased for the 2020/21 campaign, but can be used if you are ready to renew your membership or purchase an additional Season Ticket.
OPTION 3: SAINTS VOUCHER
You can elect to receive the pro rata value of the remainder of your Season Ticket in vouchers to be used in the Saints Store, or in the bars and food outlets around the ground when crowds are welcomed back to Franklin’s Gardens.

If you would prefer to receive a refund for the pro rata value of the remainder of your Season Ticket, you can elect to receive funds back via your original payment method.
Please note that if you select the CREDIT or REFUND options on the form, this will be processed within 60 days of submitting your preference. We will ensure that anyone selecting the VOUCHER option will receive this comfortably in advance of crowds returning to Franklin’s Gardens.

2020/21 SEASON TICKETS
Northampton Saints Season Tickets will remain on sale. However, now it is clear the 2020/21 season will not begin as expected in September, key renewal dates for Season Ticket Holders have been pushed back until further notice to make things a little easier for those hoping to secure their seat at Franklin’s Gardens for next season.
This means that the Early Bird price window will no longer close on Wednesday 8 July, but remain open until more information becomes available about a new start date for the 2020/21 season.
Current members' seats will also remain reserved until further notice. The Club will continue to monitor the situation and update our supporters if anything changes.

A note for our supporters...
We ask that supporters are patient and understanding of these unique circumstances and the lack of clarity the Club has on the likelihood of Northampton Saints’ remaining matches being played behind closed doors or with a limited capacity.
Our Ticket Office team are working hard and will be handling a vast volume of requests, so the Club politely asks supporters to first consult our FAQs and refrain from reaching out for the time being, unless your query is urgent.
* A lack of response before the one-month deadline will result in Northampton Saints retaining the monies paid by the consumer for these cancelled tickets or car parking passes as a donation to the Club.
** All names used must be genuine and Northampton Saints reserves the right to ask for proof of ID to confirm any names submitted to appear on the jersey.
