Northampton Saints Academy back Edoardo Todaro will make his U20 Six Nations debut for Italy against Scotland.
The 18-year-old has been picked at inside centre for the fixture that takes place on Friday (31 January, kick-off: 7.15pm) at the Hive Stadium in Edinburgh.
