We’re experiencing unprecedented demand for tickets for Northampton Saints’ home Gallagher Premiership semi-final, therefore the Club has shifted some of the ticket-buying windows for the match.
The semi-final, with the opposition set to be decided this weekend, will take place on Friday 31 May at 7.45pm.
Over 50% of the capacity of cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens was sold to 23/24 Season Ticket Holders during the first 24 hours of their priority window. Several thousand further seats are currently being reserved for all 23/24 Season Ticket Holders who are yet to claim their place, and for the away team (with a substantial allocation of seats reserved under Gallagher Premiership regulations).
As a result, remaining available tickets are currently extremely limited for the match.
To give Saints Members and new 24/25 Season Ticket Holders the best possible chance of tickets being available to purchase within their priority window, the Club has updated the ticket-purchasing timeline as follows:
23/24 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
- The priority window has not changed for Season Ticket Holders – you have until 12pm on Friday 17 May to purchase your own and any additional tickets you require.
- At 12pm on Friday 17 May, if you have not claimed your usual seat, it will be released for sale.
SAINTS MEMBERS & NEW 24/25 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
- Your priority window will now open at 12pm on Friday 17 May.
- This is to give Members and new 24/25 Season Ticket Holders the best possible opportunity for tickets being available during your priority window, following the release of seats from 23/24 Season Ticket Holders earlier that day.
- You will have 24 hours before the general sales window opens to secure any remaining tickets which are available to purchase.
- Please note; Saints Members and new 24/25 Season Ticket Holders are not guaranteed seats within this priority window – this is subject to availability and tickets will be first come, first served.
GENERAL SALE
- The general sales window will now open at 12pm on Saturday 18 May, when any remaining tickets will be available to purchase.
HOSPITALITY

As in the case of knock-out matches in Europe, some tickets may be returned from the away team allocation closer to the match – if this is the case, the Club will make these available for supporters to purchase as soon as possible.
