Both England and Wales have made changes to their teams ahead of Saturday evening’s crucial Twickenham clash, with Warren Gatland bringing George North onto the right wing for his first action of the tournament.
North will face an England team that includes Courtney Lawes and Tom Wood in the starting pack, with Kieran Brookes on the bench, the trio retaining their places in a squad that has seen half-a-dozen positional and personnel changes.
This game will dominate the back pages as it will go a long way to deciding the outcome of Pool A, but earlier in the day there will be another similarly monumental clash in Pool B as Samoa go head-to-head with South Africa.
These two teams have also seen changes from their respective first games, which were both played in Brighton.
Despite the coaching decisions elsewhere in the teams Victor Matfield (South Africa), Kahn Fotuali’i and Ken Pisi (both Samoa) have kept their places, with George Pisi coming onto the Samoan bench.
Both matches are being shown live on ITV1, with South Africa v Samoa kicking off at 4:45pm and England v Wales at 8pm.
