Elliot Millar Mills is set to earn his second cap for Scotland on Saturday (10 February, kick-off: 2.15pm), as they face France in Round 2 of the Guinness Six Nations.
The 31-year-old prop – who made his debut at the Principality Stadium last weekend – is named among Gregor Townsend’s replacements for the second week running.
Scotland head into the Murrayfield match sitting third in the table after defeating Wales 27-26 in a thrilling opening match to lift the Doddle Weir Cup.
