Northampton Saints Academy players Reuben Logan and Edoardo Todaro have been called up by Scotland and Italy respectively ahead of the Under-20 Six Nations Championship.
19-year-old Logan has previously been selected by England at Under-18 level and was named in the England Under-20 Elite Player Squad for both the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons.
He has now been included in Scotland’s squad and will follow in the foot steps of his father Kenny, who was capped 70 times at senior level.
The back-row forward made his Saints debut as a replacement against Cambridge in the Premiership Rugby Cup in September 2023, and made his first start in the same competition against Nottingham in November 2024.
Logan could go up against clubmate Edoardo Todaro in the first round after he was selected in Italy’s squad for the tournament. The two countries meet at Hive Stadium on Friday 31 January (kick-off: 7.15pm).
Versatile back Todaro, aged 18, played a key role in Saints reaching the Premiership Rugby U18 Academy League final and was previously called up by Italy in November 2024.
