Premiership Rugby have today confirmed the schedule for the upcoming Gallagher Premiership season, with dates and kick-off times for Northampton Saints’ first ten rounds in the competition announced.
The reigning Premiership champions raise the curtain on the 2024/25 season, beginning their title-defence at Bath Rugby on Friday 20 September (kick-off: 7.45pm).
Saints then return to cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens for back-to-back home clashes – welcoming Exeter Chiefs (Saturday 28 September, kick-off: 5.30pm) and Harlequins (Friday 4 October, kick-off: 7.45pm) in Rounds 2 and 3.
Saints’ supporters will be highlighting Rounds 4 and 12 in their calendars as the ‘Derby Weekend’ clashes return this season to see Northampton first making the trip to Leicester Tigers on Saturday 12 October (kick-off: 5.30pm) – with the return fixture at the Gardens set for the weekend of 21/22/23 March.
TNT Sports – the home of live televised Premiership matches – have confirmed their TV picks for the opening ten rounds, with Saints’ matches against Bath Rugby (A), Exeter Chiefs (H), Harlequins (H), Leicester Tigers (A), Sale Sharks (H), Bristol Bears (A), Saracens (A) and Bath (H) all in front of the cameras.
