Northampton Saints trio Fraser Dingwall, Alex Mitchell and David Ribbans have all been named in the BT Sport Dream Team for the 2022/23 season.
The 15-man side was named at Wednesday evening’s Gallagher Premiership awards evening, which also saw Bath Rugby’s Ollie Lawrence named Player of the Season, Saracens’ Mark McCall claim the Director of Rugby of the Season prize, and Tom Pearson of London Irish win the Breakthrough Player of the Season award.
Dingwall, Mitchell and Ribbans were rewarded for their standout performances in Black, Green and Gold over the course of the campaign, with Saints reaching the competition’s play-offs for the second season running.
The shortlist and winners for all the awards were voted for by a panel of media professionals.
The judges were: Ali Eykyn (BT Sport), Jill Douglas (ITV/BT Sport), Craig Swayne (The Good, The Bad & The Rugby), Tom Hamilton (ESPN), Hugh Godwin (i), Alex Lowe (The Times), Chris Jones (BBC 5 Live).
