LOCATION: cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens
CONTRACT TYPE: This is a part time position. We are looking for somebody to work 28 hours per week but have some flexibility over the exact pattern in which these hours are worked.
REMIT:
Responsible for the creation, management and delivery of all systems and process related to the operational delivery of sales & events, focusing on internal efficiencies and excellent customer service before, during and post-game/event.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with senior members of the department to agree and implement the most effective internal systems and processes required to deliver an excellent customer experience for clients
- Responsible for the delivery of all operations associated with Saints Hospitality & Events
- Allocate match tickets in TicketMaster Sport for each booking that is entered into Salesforce CRM
- Administer the fulfilment of tickets, accreditations, car parking and any other valid documentation specific for the event within the agreed delivery time
- Lead on all administrative tasks for the department, to include processing incoming and out-going post, support with managing incoming calls & liaise with suppliers
- Liaise with the accounts team to reconcile paid bookings & support with the weekly aged debtors meetings
- Work with marcomms to deliver any creative requirements for the team, following the agreed internal processes
- Develop close working relationships with our stakeholders to ensure effective communication in an extremely busy working environment
- Lead on all feedback metrics including NPS surveys and debrief meetings following each event with accurate & effective minute taking
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Demonstrate a confident delivery and strong customer communication skills
- Passionately about first-class service delivery for all customers

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for off site visits and client away days.
- The role requires extended hours on occasion during times of peak activity including evenings and weekends

The salary banding for this role is £21,000 to £24,000 (FTE) depending on experience. This will be pro rated accordingly to reflect the part time nature of the role.
