Guide to the Gardens: Loughborough Lightning vs Harlequins Women

• Tickets for Lightning vs Harlequins remain available to purchase online HERE – with prices starting at £7.50 adult and £3 junior*. 
• Your match ticket also includes entry into Members Bar to watch the live screening of Northampton Saints’ Investec Champions Cup clash with Vodacom Bulls, which kicks off at 1pm UK time.
• Your match tickets are attached to your purchase confirmation email – please ensure you have these either printed on A4 paper, viewable on your smartphone, or added to your smartphone digital wallet before arriving at the stadium. Screenshots of your tickets are not accepted by the scanners on our turnstiles.
• Those who have not printed their tickets at home, or are not able to show their barcode on a mobile phone, will be able to have their matchday ticket printed at the Ticket Office for a £2.50 fee.
• This match is included in a Loughborough Lightning Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season – Season Ticket Holders should have received their individual match tickets for this fixture.

The Saints Store, Fan Zone Store, Ticket Office and Stadium will be open at the following times for Lightning vs Harlequins:

• 10am: Ticket office and Saints store open
• 11am: Car parks open
• 12.45pm: Members Bar in Barwell Stand opens for live screening of Vodacom Bulls versus Northampton Saints (kick-off: 1pm). The Lightning Fan Zone will be hosted in Members Bar for this game.
• 2pm: Stadium open
• 3.05pm: Lightning vs Harlequins KO
• 3.15pm: Ticket office close
• 3.50pm (est): Lightning vs Harlequins HT, live music with Jenny K at half-time in Members Bar
• 4.50pm (est): Lightning vs Harlequins FT
• 5pm: Saints Store close
• 5.30pm (est): Bars close
• 8pm: Car park close

• The Lightning Fan Zone is open inside Members Bar inside the Barwell Stand, accessed via the Barwell reception, this week – the Rodber Bar is not open.
• Why not create your own poster in the Fan Zone, and hold it from the stands during the game.
• Get your face painted in the Fan Zone too!
• Watch the live stream of Vodacom Bulls versus Northampton Saints in their Investec Champions Cup clash, also in Members Bar, which kicks off at 1pm! There will be no access to the stadium bowl until 2pm.
• Musical duo Jenny K will be performing at half-time in the Lightning Fan Zone and post match.
• Get your photograph with Bernie the mascot in and around the Fan Zone before the game
• Join in with our High Ball Challenge at half-time, register your interest by clicking HERE!
• Make sure you’re pitchside after the final whistle for your chance to receive a signed ball from a Lightning player.
• There’s a Question and Answer session before the game with a non-playing member of the Lightning squad, 15 minutes before kick-off in front of the Carlsberg Stand.
• After the game, make your way inside the Fan Zone when a Lightning player who has played in the game will be holding a Question and Answer session!

• Lightning versus Harlequins is included in the 2024/25 Lightning Season Ticket.
• Season Ticket Holders should have received their individual match tickets for this fixture – please contact [email protected] if you are yet to receive your tickets.

• Car Park D is available for supporters, priced £3.
• Car Park hangers do not apply for this fixture.
• Car Parks open from 11am.
• After the Car Parks close at 8pm on Saturday, there will be no access to any vehicle left behind until Monday morning.
• Given that cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens sits in a residential area of the town, Saints strongly urge all supporters to use the Club’s Car Parks. Should they choose not to do so, supporters must park with due care and respect for the needs of local residents and businesses.

• Members Bar will be open from 12.45pm. Hot and cold drinks will be available along with food options.
• Members Bar will close around an hour after the final whistle.
• Please be aware that cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens is a cashless stadium; all bars and food outlets will only accept card payments.

• The Saints Store will be open from 10am, and close at 5pm.
• To pass out into the Saints Store during the game, please do so via Gate 1.
• The Fan Zone trailer will not be in operation.

• cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens is a NO SMOKING stadium. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere in the stadium or Supporter Village pre, during or post-match. 
• Supporters wishing to smoke will be allowed to exit the stadium during half-time via Gate 1. Stewards will be on hand to direct you and will manage exit and re-entry into the stadium.

• ​The Club requests that supporters refrain from standing at the side of the pitch to watch the warm-up to prevent congestion. Please watch the warm-up from your seat.
• There will be an official timekeeper in attendance at the game on Saturday, so the in-stadium clocks will stop during the game. 
• Saints’ Fan Radios will be in use on Saturday, they are available to purchase from the Saints Store.
• There will be no access to the stadium bowl until 2pm.
