FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• + How do I renew my Season Ticket?

  For help renewing your Season Ticket, please view the ‘How to Renew Online’ guide here.

  Should supporters have any additional queries, or experience any issues renewing their Season Tickets, please email [email protected].

• + How do I renew / purchase more than one Season Ticket?

  All Season Tickets must be booked individually – with the full name, address, date of birth, email address and contact details of each Season Ticket Holder included on your account.

  However, you can now renew/purchase multiple Season Tickets in one transaction, by first adding your friends or family members to your own ticketing account.

  Please note; if you are already a Season Ticket Holder, but would like to add more Season Tickets to your account for the 2025/26 campaign, these will be available from 12pm on Tuesday 6 May – subject to availability. If you have also signed up as a 2024/25 Premium Member, you can purchase additional Season Tickets from 12pm on Thursday 1 May.

• + Can I pay by Direct Debit?

  Yes, you can. This is a paperless process and must be completed online.

  • If you are renewing an existing Season Ticket, but would like to switch to pay by Direct Debit, simply follow the ‘How to Renew Online’ guide, and select ‘Direct Debit’ as your payment method at Step 5.
  • First payments will be taken on Monday 31 March. For anyone setting up a Direct Debit after Tuesday 11 March, your payment will be split pro-rata by the number of months remaining before 31 December 2025 (for example, if you purchase by Direct Debit in early May 2025, your payment will be taken in eight interest-free monthly instalments through to 31 December 2025).
  • If you are purchasing a new Season Ticket, please select ‘Direct Debit’ at the payment stage – please note, Season Tickets will go on general sale from 12pm on Tuesday 6 May, subject to availability.

   

• + I paid by Direct Debit last season; what do I need to do to renew?

  If you already pay for your Season Ticket through Direct Debit you do not have to do anything – the first of ten interest-free monthly payments will automatically leave your account on Monday 31 March.

• + What is the latest date I can cancel my automatic Direct Debit?

  You will need to send instruction of wanting to cancel your Direct Debit payment to the Ticket Office by Tuesday 11 March. To do this, please email [email protected].

• + I am a Premium Member – when is my sales window for Season Tickets?

  Saints’ Premium Members will be able to take advantage of a five-day priority window to purchase Season Tickets, once the window for current Season Ticket Holders to renew their seats has elapsed. Any remaining Season Tickets will go on sale for Premium Members at 12pm on Thursday 1 May, five days before general sale begins at 12pm on Tuesday 6 May.

• + What age do I have to be to qualify for a Concession / Young Adult / Junior / Child ticket?

  Concession is aged 65 or over (or students), Young Adult is aged 19 to 30, Junior is aged 11 to 18, or Child is aged 3 to 10 – all as of 1 September 2025.

• + I’m buying a concession / age-group Season Ticket; do I need to send proof of age?

  If you’re renewing an existing concession / age-group Season Ticket, and have previously supplied a copy of your ID, you will not need to do this again.

  If you’re purchasing a new concession / age-group Season Ticket, we will require a copy of your ID. Please send a photo or scan of your ID, clearly showing your date of birth, to [email protected]. Your Season Ticket will not be dispatched until we have received proof of your age.

• + Can I buy a Child / Junior ticket for the terraces?

  Yes, but please note there is a height restriction of 1.2m on the terraces.

• + Are the terraces all unreserved standing areas?

  Yes.

• + How do I purchase accessible seating?

  For information on our accessible seating options or to book wheelchair and companion tickets, please contact the Ticket Office by emailing [email protected].

• + Can I move my current Season Ticket seat?

  Yes, you can – subject to availability. Please contact the Ticket Office before Wednesday 30 April by emailing [email protected] with your Membership number, detailing your current seat information and where within the stadium you would like to move. If you would like to discuss your options, please email and request a call back from the team.

• + Will I receive a new Season Ticket card for 2025/26?

  As part of our ambition to operate the most sustainable rugby stadium in the country, Northampton Saints do not issue new Season Ticket cards upon renewal. Instead, Season Ticket Holders will have their current Season Ticket card reactivated for the new season. So, if you are planning to renew, do not throw your current card away! If you lose or throw away your current Season Ticket card, you will be charged a £10 fee to print a new one.

  If you are a new Season Ticket Holder, or have moved your Season Ticket seats or changed your age category, you will be issued with a new Season Ticket card.

• + Can I change my ticket type, for example from Junior to Adult?

  Yes, please contact [email protected].

• + When are existing Season Ticket Holders' seats released?

  Those who purchased a Season Ticket for the 2024/25 campaign will have their seats held until Wednesday 30 April – you have until 11.59pm on this date to renew and keep your seat, otherwise it will be released.

• + Is there an Early Bird discount this year for purchasing Season Tickets?

  All available Season Tickets were sold-out during the 2024/25 campaign, and as a result, there is no Early Bird sales window for 2025/26 Season Tickets. Season Tickets are initially only available to renew for 2025/26.

   

• + My seating block has been recategorised this season – will I pay more for my Season Ticket?

  Block 11 Upper and Block 12 Upper in the cinch Stand have both been re-categorised from bronze to silver for the 2025/26 season onwards – this is to reflect their premium viewing position within the stadium. All new Season Ticket Holders in these blocks will pay the silver category rates. However, as a thank you for their ongoing loyalty, existing Season Ticket Holders will continue to only pay the bronze category pricing for the next three seasons (2025/26, 2026/27, and 2027/28), if they continue to renew their seat(s) before the seat release deadlines.

• + What competitions and fixtures are included in my Season Ticket?

  All of Northampton Saints’ home regular-season Gallagher Premiership, Premiership Rugby Cup and European games are included in your Season Ticket (during the 2024/25 season, this was 14 matches). Any preseason friendly fixtures hosted at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens are also included. Any additional knockout fixtures are not included, though you will have first refusal on your seat.

• + I am a new Season Ticket Holder, when will I receive my Season Ticket card?

  If you have purchased a new Season Ticket, or moved seats or changed age category, it will be posted to you in advance of the new season, usually around August.

• + Can I purchase car parking?

  If you already hold a seasonal car parking pass, you will be able to renew this online with your Season Ticket. The deadline to renew will be 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 April.

• + Will I receive a new parking pass if I renew?

  Yes, we will post a new car parking pass to you in advance of the new season, usually around August.

• + When does the season start?

  The 2025/26 season will start in September 2025. Sign-up to our mailing list to be notified when fixtures are confirmed.

• + When does seasonal hospitality go on sale?
