Mobile Ticketing

Northampton Saints Season Ticket holders can now use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to store matchday tickets, making access to cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens even more convenient.

 

Adding your ticket

  • + How do I add my Season Ticket to my mobile (Google or Apple) wallet?

    APPLE WALLET

    The Apple Wallet app is pre-installed on iPhones. If you have deleted the Apple Wallet from your iPhone, please go to the App Store and download Apple Wallet from there. 

    GOOGLE WALLET 

    If you have an Android phone please ensure that you have the Google Wallet app installed (opens in new window).

    For Season Tickets, an email has been sent to selected Season Ticket Holders including a download link. If you have not received the email, or cannot find it, please email [email protected].

    Click  "Add to Mobile Wallet". Once you receive the email make sure you open the lins on the device you want to load the ticket to.

    Follow the on-screen instructions on your phone to add your ticket. You can add multiple tickets if someone in your party does not have Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (but please remember that you will all need to enter the stadium together).

    You can check if this process has been successful by going into your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet app.

    Each ticket can only be sent to a wallet once, so make sure you open the link on the correct device.

  • + I’m a Season Ticket Holder, can I add my Season Ticket to my mobile wallet?

    Yes. Digital Season Tickets are sent out once a season to all Season Ticket Holders. The pass can only be added to a mobile wallet once, DO NOT delete the pass from your mobile device once added.

    Once downloaded onto your mobile device, your Season Ticket will automatically update with details of the next fixture, approximately seven days before kick-off. 

    If during the season your Season Ticket doesn’t automatically update for the next Saints fixture, please email [email protected].

  • + Do I have to load my Season Ticket onto my mobile wallet to be able to enter the stadium?

    No. You can still use your Season Ticket card to gain access should you wish to.

  • + I have more than one Season Ticket linked to my email address, can I add both tickets to my mobile wallet?

    If you have more than one Season Ticket registered to your email address, you will be sent a separate email for each ticket. This can then be sent onto the supporter whose Season Ticket it is. Alternatively, you can add more than one to your own phone.

  • + I purchased a Match Ticket, how do I access my mobile ticket?

    If you purchased a ticket for an individual match, you’ll be emailed your mobile ticket approximately seven days prior to kick-off, or within 24 hours of purchase if you did so within seven days of kick-off. 

  • + What mobile devices are compatible?

    Apple: All Face ID iPhones are supported, as are all Touch ID iPhones. All iPhones that support iOS16.5. and above are compatible. Digital ticketing is also available on all Apple Watch models from series 4 and above.

    Android:  Phones must run the latest version of Android, where possible. Google Pay must be installed and up to date, and NFC must be enabled. 

Accessing the stadium

  • + How do I use my mobile ticket to gain access to the stadium on matchday?

    Firstly, please don’t forget to charge your phone before you leave for cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.

    We recommend getting your pass ready just before you get to the turnstiles. The tickets live in the bottom of the Apple Wallet or on the passes tab of Google Wallet.

  • + My child does not have a smart phone, how will they access the stadium?

    More than one ticket can be loaded to one phone (although each ticket itself can only be loaded once). If your child does not have a smart phone, we would recommend loading their ticket to your phone.

    When accessing your tickets on your mobile device, you will be able to swipe left and right between different tickets to find the correct one to scan. When approaching the turnstile please have the child's ticket ready first. Scan that ticket and let them go through the turnstile before scanning and entering on your own ticket.

  • + Can I use my smart watch on matchday?

    If you load your mobile ticket to your Apple device first, you will then also have access to your mobile ticket on your Apple Watch.

    To get it ready, double-click the side button. You can then hold your Apple Watch on the reader.

    For Android devices please refer to your phone/watch settings to see if it is possible to access your mobile ticket on your watch.

Troubleshooting

  • + My Season Ticket pass is displaying a specific match. Do I need to download a new pass for every game?

    No, you only need to download your season pass once per season. After each game the pass will dynamically change to display the next game. Please do not delete the pass from your wallet.

  • + What can I do if my Season Ticket pass is showing the wrong game?

    Your season ticket pass should update automatically to the next available fixture to you. This will only work if you have updates enabled in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. After updates have been enabled, your pass will update but this can take a while.

    If your season pass is displaying a fixture beyond the next home game, please check if you have shared, upgraded or moved your Season Ticket seat for the upcoming game. You can contact the Ticket Office at [email protected] to do this. 

  • + I am getting an error message when downloading my pass or need technical support.

    Whilst the Ticket Office team will try to help wherever possible, if you require specific technical advice regarding your mobile phone or the wallet app we strongly advise contacting your device supplier's support team, or Apple Wallet/Google Wallet support, to resolve error messages and other issues that relate to your device.   • + I can't find Apple wallet on my iPhone, what do I do?

    Please go to the App Store and download Apple Wallet from there. If you had already downloaded a ticket, your ticket is likely re-appear so long as iCloud backup was previously turned on. If it doesn't re-appear, please contact the Ticket Office by email on [email protected] for assistance.

  • + I have deleted my pass, what do I do?

    Passes are only sent once so please DO NOT delete your pass from your mobile device. 

    If you delete it inadvertently, please try to locate the original email you were sent containing the link to download it. It will have been sent from [email protected]. You should find that you are still able to download it using the original email link. 

    Should you be unable to re-download your pass, please contact the Ticket Office at [email protected] as soon as possible.
