Which rugby player do you first remember being inspired by? Emily Scarratt and Ellis Genge

Who has been the single most important person in your rugby career and why? My mum, I can always reflect with her about how rugby is going and she always keeps me motivated and happy. Aswell as taking me to trials and camps around the country to help me become a better player

What does rugby mean to you? Everything, it’s what I do day in day out and I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!

What do you typically eat on a matchday?  I’ll always eat a bagel with cheese in the morning, then closer to the game I’ll normally have a meal deal (chicken or salmon) with chicken satay and a lucozade or red bull

Do you have any pre-match superstitions and (if so) what are they? I have loads. Throughout the day I’ll do lots of weird things. I make a notes page of everything I want to do in the game and I always have to read it on the way and in the changing rooms. I like to put my socks on the wrong feet. I like to wear the same sports every game and I'll hit my shoulders before I go on.
