The Number 8 is now well into his first English pre-season and is looking forward to the start of the 2012/13 Aviva Premiership Rugby campaign.
"I've loved every minute of it so far," he said. "Pre-season training has been brutal, but I've found the club very professional and it's been good.
"I'm living with Brett Sharman at the moment. We played age group rugby together in South Africa so he's been helping me settle in off the field and it's been pretty easy.
