Northampton Saints and Loughborough Lightning will kick-off 2025 with a bang, as the sides share the cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens turf in a mouth-watering Double Header on Sunday 5 January (Saints kick-off: 3pm, Lightning kick-off: 5.30pm).
Taking to the field in Round 10 of the Gallagher Premiership and Round 12 of Premiership Women‘s Rugby respectively, Saints and Lightning will feature in back-to-back clashes for the fourth consecutive season – as they take on Bath Rugby and Saracens Women.
Saints’ clash against Bath is a repeat of last season’s Premiership Final (which Northampton won 25-21), but Phil Dowson’s side will be hoping to reverse their defeat to the West Country side from the opening day of this league campaign.
Meanwhile Lightning will be looking to continue their rise up the Premiership Women’s Rugby standings as they welcome last season’s semi-finalists to Northampton for what will be the 11th league game of Loughborough’s season.
Saints Season Ticket Holders and Saints Members will enjoy a priority window as part of their packages, during which time a 20% discount will be applied to ticket prices, meaning seats will be available from just £19* adults / £6* child.
From Friday 22 November, tickets will go on general sale within Saints’ Early Bird window – where the first 1,000 tickets sold will be subject to the usual 15% discount, starting from £20* adult / £6* child. Once those tickets are sold and the Early Bird window ends, prices for all supporters will start at £24* adult / £8* child for this fixture.
Please note: Tickets cover both Saints’ Premiership match and Lightning’s PWR fixture. To attend Loughborough’s match, you must have purchased a Double Header ticket. Loughborough Lightning Season Tickets cover the side’s standalone fixtures at cinch Stadium, but not this Double Header fixture.
