Saints prop Campese Ma’afu has been named in Fiji’s squad for this summer’s Pacific Nations Cup and their summer Test against Georgia.
The tournament will see Fiji, Samoa and Tonga play each other with Fiji hosting both of their matches.
Round 1 takes place on June 11th in Suva between Fiji and Tonga, before Fiji host Samoa (June 18th), again in Suva, with the final round seeing Samoa host Tonga in Apia (June 25th).
Georgia travel to Fiji for a Test match in Suva on June 24th.
“This is a strong squad based largely on the team built over the past two years and at the same time taking the opportunity to introduce some younger players who have shown good form at Warriors level and deserve the opportunity to gain some experience at full international level with a view towards the 2019 Rugby World Cup,” said McKee, Fiji’s head coach.
