The game will come a day after the prop's 19th birthday and with a crowd of between seven and eight thousand expected it will be a memorable day for Hobbs-Awoyemi and the three other Saints who are in the match squad - scrum-half Alex Day, centre Tom Stephenson and prop Danny Herriott, who have all been named on the bench.
Friday night is also head coach Rob Hunter's last home Six Nations match in charge of the Under-20s before he steps down at the end of the tournament. Hunter spent a decade at Franklin's Gardens as a player and then Academy manager, and he is looking forward to Friday's game.
"It's nice how it's worked out!" he said. "It wasn't deliberate and is one of the quirk of the fixtures. I've obviously known for a while that I was moving on and it's nice that this is my last home game. But we've got a lot of guys with big careers in front of them and Friday night is about them.
"It's a huge game for us. We've had two or three tough games already, and then in the last game against France we started to hit our straps a little bit, which was good for the lads. It's important now that we maintain that momentum and get a good performance on Friday night."
Tickets remain on sale for Friday's game, priced at £12 for adults and £7 for juniors and concessions. Book online byCLICKING HERE and following the straightforward instructions!
