Guide to the Gardens: ’Evolution’ – The Drone Light Show

• Tickets for ‘Evolution’ – The Drone Light Show remain on sale, with tickets priced at £19 per adult and £15 for children and concession HERE.
• If you have purchased tickets, these are attached to your purchase confirmation email – please ensure you have these either printed on A4 paper, viewable on your smartphone, or added to your smartphone digital wallet before arriving at the stadium. Screenshots of your tickets will not be accepted by the scanners. Please ensure the brightness on your smartphone is turned up if you’re displaying your ticket that way. 

The grounds of cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens – where the event is taking place in Car Park D – will be open at the following times:

• 10am: Saints Ticket Office windows open for any Drone Show-related enquiries
• 3pm: Saints Ticket Office windows close
• 4.30pm: Ticketing tent in Car Park D opens for any Drone Show-related enquiries 
• 4.30pm: Car Park (Claret, NN5 5JT) open
• 5.30pm: Gates open
• 5.30pm: Food village opens
• 6pm: Live music starts
• 7pm: Drones take flight
• 7.30pm: Drone show ends
• 7.30pm: Live music continues
• 10pm: Site closes

• Alongside the epic drone light show, we're delighted to welcome The Tom Betts Band and DJ Carly Wilford on Saturday – they’ll perform from 5.30pm when gates open until the drone show kicks off at 7pm and resume at 7.30pm until gates close at 10pm. 
• There will also be a number of fairground rides – supplied by Northampton’s John Scarrott and Sons Funfair – at cinch Stadium on Saturday, including dodgems, a waltzer, a helter skelter, bungee trampolines, a balloon ride, a wave swinger and a merry-go-round for children. 
• Get in the mood ahead of the Drone Show, with a range of light-up merchandise for sale from our roaming sellers around the event.
• Cash and card payments will be accepted for fairground rides and merchandise. 

• A wide selection of bars and food stalls are open throughout the event – please see the map above for locations of the Food & Drink outlets.
• You can find food outlets from Mia’s Catering Donut and Woodfire Pizza Shack, as well as fried chicken, burger, and fish and chips options. A selection of family-friendly options will also be on offer, including family buckets and kids meals. 
• A range of hot drinks, cakes and pastries will also be available from Perfect Coffee – while candy floss and sweets will be available on site.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are all available around the event. 
• Please be aware that cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens is a cashless venue; all bars and food outlets will only accept card payments.

• A limited amount of Car Parking (in Claret Car Park, NN5 5JT) is available at the venue but must be BOOKED IN ADVANCE. Parking can be purchased from £8.50* per car HERE.
• Car Parks open at 4.30pm, with the gates opening at 5.30pm.
• After the Car Parks close at 11pm on Saturday, there will be no access to any vehicle left behind until Monday morning.
• Seasonal Saints car passes ARE NOT valid for this event. 
• The main entrance to cinch Stadium off Weedon Road, including the VIP Car Park, is not accessible to any vehicles but will be open to pedestrians on foot. No vehicles will be permitted access to the VIP Car Park.

• Northampton Train Station is a 10 minute walk from cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens – simply turn right out of the station onto Weedon Road, take the first left onto St James’ Mill Road and the next right onto Harvey Reeves Road, following that round to the event. To plan your journey by train, visit National Rail’s website HERE.
• Those arriving by taxi should be advised to use NN5 5AX as the postcode for their destination. 

• This is a standing event, and while camp chairs are permitted, please be considerate of your neighbouring ticket holders. Large circles will be discouraged you may be asked to disperse when crowds reach peak levels. Camp chairs, deck chairs and walking stick chairs only. No inflatable or household chairs are permitted.

• The accessibility viewing area is reserved for wheelchair users only. Extra seating is not provided and we ask companions to please provide their own seating as listed above.

• We will be monitoring the weather closely in the run up to the show. Currently, weather conditions for the show look good, and we expect to proceed as planned.

• In the event of bad weather conditions, the event may be postponed and your booking will automatically be moved to Sunday 16 February or Thursday 20 February as explained at the time of booking. Yuup will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm the new date the event will be held on.
