The Front Mo Union, the Saints’ Movember team, has got the month’s fundraising off to a flying start, with the £2,000-mark just a few pounds away.
£1,000 of the total raised so far came from Friday night’s launch, thanks to the generosity of the supporters who headed to the Mo Zone before the Saints’ Aviva Premiership match with Gloucester.
Wet shaves, rugby skills and fun were the order of the day, with Sam Dickinson and JJ Hanrahan joining in by starting the month with an upper lip as clean as a whistle.

Movember is more than just about one month, however, with the Movember Foundation funding projects and research throughout the year into areas such as testicular and prostate cancer, and mental health issues.
