Ulster vs Northampton Saints

Furbank can't add the conversion but Augustus come forwards off the restart. 

Scrappy at the lineout but Ulster manage to keep it. Saints turn the ball over at the breakdown though and come forwards quickly.

Huge shove from Saints at the scrum and though Ulster get the ball away, Saints turn the ball over. They push forwards through Hutchinson and then Lawes but are pinged at the breakdown again. Burns sends it to touch for a lineout back near halfway.

Not straight at the lineout from Saints though and Ulster will have the scrum.

Solid at the scrum and Moore clears. Lineout Saints just outside the Ulster 22. 

Lawes is up for the lineout and Saints maul forwards before whipping it wide. But the ball comes loose in contact there and Ulster will have the scrum. 

Penalty Saints at the lineout though and Furbank puts it into touch for a lineout on Ulster's 22. 

Free kick at the lineout for Ulster and Burns sends it high. There are several bodies under the ball and Saints are deemed to have knocked on. Ulster play on before kicking the advantage away; Hutchinson marks the high ball before booting is clear and Ulster have the lineout on halfway now.

Ribbans steals the lineout though and Saints come forwards quickly. Ludlam charges over the halfway line now and Saints keep coming but Ulster turn the ball over at the breakdown again and Burns boots it clear. Sleightholme returns it and Lowry runs is back but is taken down by the winger and the ball heads into touch. But the ball comes off Saints hands and Ulster have the lineout. 

Augustus comes forwards off the lineout but Ulster manage to get over the ball and earn the penalty. Burns sends it to touch for a lineout back at halfway.

Coles replaces Ratuniyarawa as we set the lineout.

Penalty for Saints from the lineout and Furbank puts it deep into touch for a lineout in Ulster's 22. 

Overthrow at the lineout from Saints but Ludlam is on it and the ball comes back to Furbank to clear. He finds touch well and Ulster have the lineout back near halfway now.

Saints' defence is strong as Ulster build the phases and with nothing coming for them Burns chips over the top but the ball finds touch before Gilroy's hands and Saints will have the lineout.

Ulster try to maul but Saints hold firm there and the home side are forced to bring it out to the midfield. 

Furbank can't send the touchline conversion over but Augustus pushes Saints forwards off the restart before Furbank sends the ball downfield. Gilroy is back to gather and he returns it but as Furbank gathers Saints are penalised for crossing. Burns sends it to the corner.

Ribbans is up for the lineout and Dingwall crashes forwards off the back of it. Lawes comes close and Saints have an advantage coming as they push from close range.

No conversion from Cooney and Saints turn the ball over off the restart. There's an advantage coming as Ulster are found offside as Iyogun gets play into the Ulster 22. But we come back for the first penalty and Furbank sends it into the corner.

Penalty Ulster as the scrum comes down before the ball goes in though and Burns sends it into the corner.

Knock on from Saints at the lineout though and Ulster will have the scrum. 

Augustus replaces Wood as we set the lineout.

Saints hold firm in defence and Burns sends the ball through off his boot to touch for a Saints lineout in their own 22. 

Saints push forwards off the lineout but Ulster get over the ball in the midfield and Burns send the resulting penalty to touch for a lineout inside Saints' half. 

Fish, Iyogun and Carey enter play as we set the lineout, with Haywood, Waller and Painter making way.

Ulster are pinged for going in at the side at the breakdown this time though and Furbank sends it long to touch for a lineout just outside Ulster's 22. 

Mitchell clears off the back of the lineout but Lowry keeps the ball in touch and Ulster push over the halfway line.

Solid at the scrum but Ulster get it away and Moore comes forwards. But strong defence from Saints forces the error from Ulster and Saints will have this scrum. 

Scrappy at the lineout and Saints are deemed to be the ones to have knocked on. Ulster play on with the advantage for a time but eventually we come back for it. Scrum Ulster.

Cooney sends the ball high off the restart and Tuala is under it. Saints come forwards but are deemed to have come in at the side at the breakdown and Burns sends it to touch for a lineout.

Furbank turns the ball over at the breakdown though and Saints look to come forwards. But Dingwall gets isolated and Ulster get over the ball to earn the penalty. Cooney points for the posts.

Saints defend hard but Ulster make slow progress and close in on the 22. 

Mitchell finds Dingwall off the back of the lineout and they push forwards before Furbank clears downfield. Lowry is there and Ulster play on around halfway now.

Cooney sends it high off the restart and Tuala is under it. Saints come forwards but Mitchell's offload comes forwards off Ribbans' shoulder and Ulster gather. Cooney sends it over the top at the next phase and Saints have the lineout just outside their 22.

Furbank gets us restarted here in Belfast. 

Tuala comes back onto the field as we set the lineout, with Hutchinson making way.

Wood pushes Saints up to the halfway line before the ball comes back to Furbank to sends high. Lowry is there again and he returns it. Hutchinson sends it back and Hume decides to come forwards as he gathers the high ball. But Cooney sends it over the top and Skosan can't gather the loose ball. Scrum Ulster.

Ludlam and Furbank come forwards off the lineout and Dingwall trucks forwards before Mitchell dinks it over the top. But Lowry is back there and he marks it. The Ulster fullback sends it to touch but the ball stay in field and Slieghtholme gathers. Saints play on.

Ulster push back over halfway off the lineout but as they work forwards Sleightholme gets over the ball to earn Saints the penatlty. Furbank puts it into touch for a lineout in Ulster's half.

Ulster come wide off the lineout but the ball heads into touch as the reach the left wing but it comes off Saints and it's a lineout for Ulster.

Vermuelen is up for Ulster in the lineout and they maul forwards and earn a penalty there as Saints are deemed to have lost their bind. Burns sends it to touch for a lineout back inside Saints' half.

Tuala heads off for a HIA and Hutchinson comes on in his place.

Mitchell sends the ball high and Lowry is under it, he sends it back to Saints but Mitchell is there and he clears well. Lineout Ulster just outside their own 22. 

Tuala can't gather the ball off the restart though and Ulster gather the loose ball. Good defence from Saints pushes them back outside their 22. And a mistake from Ulster at the breakdown sees a stray boot sends the ball back Saints way, Painter scoops it up and Saints play on.

Ratuniyarawa is up for the lineout and Mitchell finds Sleightholme off the back of it. The winger gets Saints into the Ulster 22 and Saints keep coming before they earn a penalty at the breakdown as Ulster are found off their feet. Furbank points to the posts.

Saints maul forwards from the restart before Furbank whips the ball wide to Dingwall. Saints push forwards out of their 22 before it comes back to Tuala to lear. Lowry is there and he returns off the boot but Furbank is back and he sends it downfield too. 

Cooney sends the ball high off the restart, Tuala is under it and he finds Wood quickly. Saints push over the halfway line now and a sweeping move finds Sleightholme. Saints come back the other way and earn a penalty at the breakdown too. Furbank points to the posts. 

Ulster maul again but Saints hold firm this time and Cooney is forced to use it. But the ball heads loose into touch and we're with the TMO to see if there's a deliberate knock on from Mitchell. 

Penalty at the lineout for Ulster too and Burns puts it back into the corner.

Ludlam charges forwards off the lineout and Mitchell dinks over the top for Proctor to chase. But Lowry gets there first the sends a grubber through with a 50/22 for an Ulster lineout just inside Saints' 22. 

Another solid scrum from Saints and the ball comes wide quickly after Mitchell fishes it out of the back. But as it reaches the far left Ulster manage to strip the ball and Cooney clears to touch. Lineout Saints just inside their own half. 

Solid at the scrum from the ball comes out to Gilroy quickly. Burns and Hume combine in the midfield to get Ulster over the halfway line but a huge hit from Dingwall sees Hume knock the ball forwards. Scrum Saints this time.

Proctor pushes Saints out of their 22 from the restart before Mitchell sends the ball high. Gilory is under it and Ulster come forwards. Strong Saints defence forces Cooney to box high but the ball comes forwards off Saints hands as it comes down. Scrum Ulster.

Quick off the lineout from Saints and Dingwall gets things deep into the 22 now. Advantage coming for Saints and we come back it as the ball comes forwards when Mitchell whips it wide. Furbank points to the posts. 

Cooney boxes high off the restart but the home side manage to get to the high ball first and come forwards to halfway now. McCloskey gets play up to halfway but Saints' defence holds firm and Burns sends it high. And Saints are awarded the penalty as Ulster are found offside as the ball lands. Furbank sends the ball into the corner.

Furbank sends the kick-off downfield and Ulster push up to Saints' 22, patiently building the phases against Saints' defence.
